Accessibility Statement - Interim
Our commitment to accessibility
Southern IFCA is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We recognise the importance of ensuring that everyone can access information about our work, services and regulatory activities.
Website accessibility review
We are currently reviewing the accessibility of our website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard.
As this review is ongoing, we have not yet established the website's overall level of compliance with these standards.
The review will help us identify any accessibility barriers and determine what improvements may be required.
We will update this statement as further information becomes available and following completion of the review.
Accessibility support and alternative formats
If you experience difficulties accessing information or using any part of our website, please contact us.
We will consider reasonable adjustments and alternative ways of providing information or services to meet individual accessibility needs.
This may include providing documents in alternative formats or offering assistance with accessing information or completing relevant processes.

Requesting adjustments or additional support
If you are engaging with us, responding to a regulatory matter, participating in a consultation, attending an event or accessing information from us, please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments or additional support.
Depending on individual circumstances, adjustments may include:
- Providing information in alternative formats, such as large print or accessible electronic documents.
- Using an alternative method of communication.
- Providing communication assistance or support during meetings.
- Making adjustments to meeting arrangements or participation methods.
- Considering adjustments to relevant procedures or timescales where appropriate and legally permissible.
We encourage individuals to tell us about their needs as early as possible so that we can consider appropriate arrangements. However, requests can be made at any stage, and we recognise that accessibility needs may change or become apparent during an ongoing process.
Each request will be considered on its individual circumstances, taking account of the person's needs, the nature of the activity and our legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Where a particular adjustment cannot reasonably be provided, we will consider whether an appropriate alternative is available.
