Southern IFCA Annual Strategic Plans

The Southern IFCA Annual Strategic Plan documents how the Authority intends to support attainment of HLOs and SC (and ultimately the IFCA vision) when mapping out the work priorities for the year ahead. The Annual Strategic Plan sets Southern IFCAs focus and delivery priorities for the forthcoming financial year (April-March) forming part of the evidence-based management process and allows local bodies, local communities and key delivery partners the opportunity to see the issues that the IFCA are facing in the coming year and the ways in which they will work towards resolving those issues. The Annual Strategic Plan will be published before the 1st April annually following ratification at the meeting of the Full Authority in March.
