We are currently looking for an experienced individual who will take a lead role in the delivery of sustainable fisheries management in the inshore coastal waters of Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. In this exciting and dynamic role, the successful candidate will support the delivery of proportionate and effective enforcement of EU, National and local legislation, with an emphasis on the promotion of compliance via stakeholder engagement. 

In this role you will help the IFCA deliver sustainable inshore fisheries management through stakeholder engagement and education; the promotion of fisheries governance strategies to aid in the promotion of compliance and the undertaking of enforcement to ensure healthy seas and a viable fishing industry.
